Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the development and execution of strategic and tactical asset management plans.
  • •Analyze asset condition, performance, and operational data to support decision-making.
  • •Participate in field investigations and client/site visits while following safety processes and procedures.
  • •Assist in developing long-term investment profiles and renewal strategies, including risk assessments and risk management frameworks.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and prepare reports, plans, and presentations; advise on asset management systems and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with eligibility for professional membership (e.g., Engineers Australia).
  • •3+ years’ experience in the water industry, with asset management experience highly desirable.
  • •Understanding of asset management principles and frameworks (e.g., ISO 55000) is advantageous.
  • •Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI and Excel, translating insights into action.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with proven project management and team collaboration capabilities.
