Operations Associate (Part-Time) - The Grove at Shrewsbury

Drive profitability and efficiency as a critical member of the store team by executing inventory management and investigating root causes of inventory accuracy issues. Support day-to-day operational workflows including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, and floor set updates. Maintain strong sales-floor visual standards and champion stockroom processes to keep the store clean, safe, and operating efficiently while moving throughout the retail floor to assist guests.
