Job Summary

Lead day-to-day Treasury Services Operations activities across Cash & Liquidity Management and Overdraft Interest, providing leadership and customer service to management and driving cohesive team performance. Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership and customer service to management and team members, leading a cohesive, supportive environment.
•Lead day-to-day management of Cash & Liquidity Management and Overdraft Interest processes for Treasury Services Operations and Business Areas.
•Maintain internal control standards, implement Group Compliance Policy, and support timely responses to audit and regulatory points.
•Understand operational risk scenarios, conduct risk assessment for control deficiencies, and monitor mitigation action plans.
•Drive change pipelines and governance, produce weekly/monthly MI reports, and support emergency escalation planning (BCP).

Key Requirements

•Good knowledge of the Cash Management Funding process and RTCM/CMS (or similar capacity).
•Strong understanding of management information (MI) and reporting.
•At least 6 years in Markets and Securities Services operations, with exposure to Cash Management, Interest Claim process, and Payment and/or FX operations functions.
•Proficiency in Office applications, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
•Strong people management and relationship-building skills across multiple business lines and GBM hubs.
