Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development and implementation of EPC contracting and procurement strategies.
  • •Prepare and review Invitation to Tender (ITT) packages, EPC contract documentation, and commercial contract structures.
  • •Manage tendering activities, bidder communications, clarification processes, and document control.
  • •Conduct commercial and contractual evaluations of EPC tender submissions, including comparative bid analyses and risk assessments.
  • •Lead commercial alignment and support negotiations of key contractual/commercial terms, then prepare TERs and contract award recommendations while ensuring governance, compliance, audit, and ethical requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in contract management, contract advisory, commercial management, or procurement-related roles.
  • •Proven experience in EPC contract formation, tendering, evaluation, contract negotiation, and contract award activities.
  • •Experience evaluating EPC tenders from commercial and contractual perspectives, including managing bidder interactions.
  • •Strong experience in commercial negotiations and contract risk management, including preparing tender evaluation reports (TERs) and award recommendations.
  • •Fluent Japanese (native or business-professional level) and English (business level or above).
