Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and process analysis
  • •Analyze current-state processes in finance operations (record-to-report, month-end close) and identify improvement opportunities
  • •Create process maps, user stories, and functional specifications using BPMN/UML tools
  • •Collaborate with technical teams (developers, data engineers) to translate requirements into actionable solutions
  • •Facilitate UAT testing, user training, and change management activities

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; specialization in supply chain with experience in data engineering, data science or advanced analytics is strongly preferred
  • •6+ years of business experience with at least 2 years in Supply Chain, Finance (preferred), IT or related functions
  • •Strong stakeholder management, influencing and collaboration skills
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • •Experience with Agile product development, gathering requirements, writing user stories and backlog management
