Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with clients, prospects, insurers, and internal specialists to develop and implement cybersecurity strategies.
  • •Support clients in evaluating and strengthening cybersecurity programs and continuous improvement against best practices.
  • •Advise organizations on cyber risk management, governance, resilience, and regulatory considerations.
  • •Manage and oversee the Cyber Solutions portfolio to achieve business objectives and sustainable growth.
  • •Prepare and present portfolio performance reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations; support budgeting and new business development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
  • •Minimum of three years of progressive cybersecurity experience, including at least one year in a leadership, management, or supervisory capacity.
  • •Professional cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GSEC, or equivalent (highly preferred).
  • •Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT.
  • •Understanding of data privacy and protection regulations, including GDPR and LFPDPPP, plus related compliance requirements.
