Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive cross-org decisions across DRIs in Script Platform, Custom Objects, Apps, SDK, Observability, DevEx, and Versioning.
  • •Own the critical path to major launches by shaping scope, driving descope decisions, and negotiating trade-offs across teams.
  • •Influence and shape product and engineering roadmaps with a program-level perspective to ensure alignment with the extensibility strategy.
  • •Support ProServ and Partnerships by ensuring their requirements surface in the roadmap and bridging platform deliverables to customer needs.
  • •Set program strategy with DEeP leadership and hold organizations accountable for the Extensibility platform’s outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of technical program management experience driving complex cross-organizational programs.
  • •Strong product sense and ability to understand enterprise customer needs.
  • •Ability to communicate with precision and credibility across engineering, product, and executive audiences, translating technical trade-offs into strategic decisions.
  • •Ability to lead and align cross-functional teams—resolving conflict and building consensus across competing priorities.
  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
