Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the regional food safety program.
  • •Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, standards, and policies across regional operations.
  • •Establish and enhance food safety risk management frameworks, controls, audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
  • •Develop and deliver regional food safety training, guidance, and best-practice resources.
  • •Define, monitor, and report food safety KPIs, SOPs, dashboards, and other data-driven tools to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
  • •At least 5 years’ experience in food safety or quality assurance, ideally across multiple countries or regions.
  • •Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices, including HACCP or an equivalent qualification.
  • •Experience developing and implementing food safety management systems, quality assurance programs, and risk controls.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into actionable improvements.
