Job Summary

Develop and execute distribution growth strategies for the Polyurethanes business in North America by leading distribution partner relationships and channel execution. You’ll drive profitable sales growth through portfolio expansion, monitor distributor performance (volume, margin, inventory, forecasting, and service KPIs), coordinate pricing implementation and compliance, and run annual business reviews and strategic planning. You’ll also produce monthly volume and revenue forecasts aligned to business planning and financial objectives.

•Develop and execute short- and long-term distribution growth strategies aligned with Polyurethanes business objectives.
•Manage and strengthen relationships with distribution partners and support onboarding, evaluation, and development of new partnerships where justified.
•Drive profitable sales growth through effective channel management and portfolio expansion.
•Monitor distributor performance against volume, margin, inventory, forecasting, and service KPIs, ensuring operational excellence across the network.
•Coordinate pricing implementation and monitor pricing compliance, while leading annual business reviews and producing monthly volume and revenue forecasts.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
•Minimum 8–10 years of commercial experience in chemicals, polyurethanes, industrial materials, specialty chemicals, or related markets.
•Demonstrated experience managing distributor relationships, channel partners, or indirect sales organizations.
•Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience managing revenue, profitability, margins, and business plans.
•Experience forecasting, inventory management, pricing execution, and demand planning.
