Key Responsibilities

  • •Track project deliverables and milestones, and support adoption of the project lifecycle and deliverables.
  • •Coordinate program-level risk and issue tracking (RAID), including monitoring transitions into normal service.
  • •Perform financial management: track actual spend, run variance analysis monthly, and support quarterly cost-benefit reporting and analysis.
  • •Prepare project reporting and MIS: status reports, RAID logs, dashboards, and governance materials for investment governance and risk/change portfolio management.
  • •Extract and validate reporting data from DataCore/Clarity to ensure accuracy and completeness, and support report automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a similar PMO role within financial services.
  • •Financial experience with project accounting, including cost accounting, forecasting, demand management, accruals, and troubleshooting financial issues.
  • •Experience supporting globally distributed teams with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to senior stakeholders.
  • •Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to plan, organize, challenge, and prioritize multiple important tasks.
  • •Experience with MS Office (strong Excel and PowerPoint) and project/PPM tools such as Clarity, MS Project, or Project Server (experience using PPM tools is required).
