Job Summary

Join Drata’s AI Platform team to design, build, and operate the production infrastructure that powers AI features across the compliance platform. You’ll own MCP servers, AI-optimized API design, multi-step agent workflows, LLM lifecycle management, and RAG-driven production AI infrastructure, working closely with AI engineers, product teams, and SRE to enable rapid, reliable AI feature delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers that expose Drata's platform to AI agents, including tool granularity decisions, disambiguation naming, context window optimization, and multi-tenant workspace isolation.
•Build and operate the infrastructure for deploying multi-step agent workflows—managing state across reasoning chains, tool routing, execution runtimes, and long-running agent processes with robust failure handling and observability.
•Own the operational side of LLM workflows: model upgrades, prompt versioning, A/B testing, container compatibility, and output quality monitoring; manage token capacity and cost governance across workflows.
•Operate and evolve the production AI stack: vector storage/indexing, document parsing, multi-region deployment, and cost optimization; make RAG architecture decisions for retrieval quality and scalability.
•Build CI/CD patterns for AI workflows and own AI-specific observability, enabling product teams to ship AI features faster with reliable primitives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 192,000 - 259,800 annually
