Quality Certification Manager ( Edgewing )

Own Edgewing’s certification activities by maintaining and renewing EN9100 certification and ensuring compliance with AQAP 2310 standards. Lead the certification team and oversee audit readiness through end-to-end certification processes, stakeholder engagement, and metrics reporting. Drive continuous improvement by identifying risks, coaching process owners, and managing root-cause/corrective actions and OFIs to strengthen the Quality Management System and protect compliance and reputation.
