Services Sales Leader

Lead the Systems services sales stream and manage Equipment P&L for the North Dakota Sales Office. Drive annual and long-term financial results (profit, volume, margins, mix, and share) while overseeing customer and district sales management, new customer acquisition, retention, pricing, forecasting, and quota setting. Build and develop account teams, lead hiring and onboarding of sales associates, ensure sales-office compliance, and support employee engagement, recruitment, retention, and D&I. On-site (5 days) with occasional overnight travel.
