  • •Allocate pod capacity to mission-critical global priorities and execute regionally focused programs that support EMEA strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a related field, ideally in tech or SaaS, with a track record of delivering tailored enablement programs.
  • •Experience leading, managing, and developing a team of enablement professionals.
  • •Ability to synthesize global directives (CRO) with regional requirements (SVP of EMEA) into a single actionable strategy.
  • •Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional leaders (Presales, Partners, Customer First, People/Talent, Marketing) without direct authority.
  • •Deep sales execution expertise, including onboarding, sales processes, XDR motions, buyer personas, and (preferred) MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.
