Key Responsibilities

•Develop scalable classifiers, tools, statistical models, and algorithms using ML and data mining to improve user experience.
•Collaborate with strategy, product managers, policy, and operations teams to define products and drive initiatives from an engineering viewpoint.
•Design and implement tools to analyze ML model performance and optimize ML system performance.
•Innovate on personalization to improve content consumption and user experience.
•Work with cross-functional teams and product stakeholders to deliver system and product insights through analytics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 174,304 - 316,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, plus 1 year of related experience; OR Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) plus 3 years of related experience.
•1 year of experience coding using Python or C++.
•1 year of experience optimizing, training, and deploying machine learning/deep learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
•1 year of experience developing code and identifying issues in a Linux environment.
•1 year of experience developing and deploying large-scale ML systems using Big data frameworks Spark, Hadoop, or Flink.
