Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and verify equipment and materiel turned in from Army units.
  • •Check turn-in documents (DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts) for completeness and accuracy.
  • •Stage, store, and organize items in designated warehouse/yard locations and maintain segregation of serviceable, unserviceable, HAZMAT, and sensitive items.
  • •Conduct location surveys, bin checks, and cyclic inventories to maintain accountability and support PARs and audits.
  • •Operate forklifts/pallet jacks and update property transactions in Army logistics systems while maintaining warehouse logs and daily activity records.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of warehouse, supply, or logistics experience (Army or contractor preferred).
  • •Familiarity with Army turn-in and supply procedures and property/accountability regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-21).
  • •Experience using Army logistics systems such as GCSS-Army, LMP, or DPAS.
  • •Ability to read and process Army documentation (DA and DD forms) and maintain accurate recordkeeping.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Tier1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility.
