Key Responsibilities

•Own overall client relationship and satisfaction for assigned accounts, serving as primary point of contact for escalations and renewals
•Drive revenue growth by managing renewals and upsell opportunities across WebMD Ignite product and service offerings
•Record and document all activities in Salesforce and maintain program accountability for the book of business
•Develop strategic action plans for the entire book of business and collaborate with internal teams to define client requirements
•Monitor service delivery to ensure contract requirements are met and manage cross-vendor relationships as needed

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree or higher
•6+ years of demonstrated success in healthcare IT sales/account management
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Proven ability to identify and close upsell opportunities and manage renewals
•Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
