Key Responsibilities

•Engage new and existing clients through daily outreach and in-home appointments to drive consignment activity and repeat business.
•Source new leads, reactivate lapsed clients, and convert marketing-qualified leads into consignors using Salesforce CRM to manage your book of business.
•Meet or exceed monthly quotas by driving key performance metrics and contributing to revenue growth.
•Acquire luxury consignment items and coordinate end-to-end pickup and shipment to The RealReal’s e-commerce centers.
•Present and review consignment contracts, set pricing expectations using internal tools and luxury market expertise, and collaborate with Retail and Consignor Relations to resolve client concerns.

Travel: Extensive travel

•Able to commit to a 40-hour workweek (with occasional off-hours); reside in the assigned territory; have a valid driver’s license (varies by market); and lift up to 25 lbs; willing to travel 70%+ within the designated market.
