Master Thesis (d/m/w) im Bereich Fertigungsprozesssimulation

Develop and validate a simulation strategy to predict the interfacial bonding behavior in hybrid aircraft components made with thermoplastic fiber-reinforced materials. The role includes reviewing relevant literature, implementing and evaluating modeling approaches to capture the bonding zone, calibrating and validating numerical models with experimental mechanical data, and presenting well-documented results and findings. The work is based in Donauwörth and supports engineering efforts for aircraft door systems.
