Key Responsibilities

•Manage sourcing for multiple complex searches to find and engage key talents across all levels.
•Own the interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to candidates and hiring teams.
•Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process.
•Drive innovative sourcing strategies, including talent mapping insights and process optimization projects with guidance from TA partners.
•Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve recruiting process efficiency and ensure a great candidate experience.

Key Requirements

•Ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
•Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, and candidates and communicate effectively at all levels.
•1 year of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (preferred), via search firm or in-house recruiting.
•Experience managing sourcing for multiple, complex searches across all levels.
•Ability to own interview scheduling and manage candidate communications throughout the interview process.
