Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain Zuora customizations using ZOQL and Zuora APIs, including Orders API and Orders Harmonization model.
  • •Understand and work with Zuora configurations and product implementations across the billing and sales cycle, including integrations with Salesforce, Workday, and other systems.
  • •Build reusable workflows, data queries, reports, and automation to support billing operations.
  • •Collaboratively develop and maintain Zuora integrations alongside Salesforce and Workday developers and internal engineering teams.
  • •Own sandboxes, guide the L1 team, and resolve BAU tickets/incidents within SLA; create and maintain technical documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Vast experience in Zuora with expertise in Zuora Billing (Product Catalog, Order Management, Rating & Billing, Global Payments, Reporting, Platform and Workflows) and Zuora CPQ modules.
  • •Extensive experience with Zuora APIs and Data Loader.
  • •Working knowledge of Zuora AI features and the Zuora MCP Server.
  • •Expertise in building and troubleshooting complex workflows and data modeling/integration design.
  • •Ability to independently investigate production incidents, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, identify root causes, and implement preventive improvements.
