Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage new construction project planning, defining objectives, scope, and deliverables with stakeholders.
  • •Prepare space, cost, schedule, and long-term plan reports for management review.
  • •Develop and manage initial project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to support cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong working knowledge of MS Office and construction project management tools, including Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
  • •Relevant professional certification in project management or construction management (e.g., PMP or LEED).
  • •Strong financial understanding and experience with cost estimate, budgeting, and cost control.
