Job Summary

Support marine fuel delivery operations across the Dubai region by coordinating with vessel agents, suppliers, and customers. Monitor shipping activities to ensure timely bunker transactions, maintain complete operational documentation, and analyze vessel schedules to improve delivery planning. Provide operational support to the commercial sales team, help ensure compliance with purchasing policies and standards, and support bunker fuel quality assurance in a 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with vessel agents, suppliers, and stakeholders to support marine fuel delivery operations.
•Monitor and manage shipping activities to ensure timely execution of bunker transactions.
•Provide operational support to the commercial sales team throughout the customer lifecycle.
•Maintain accurate and complete documentation for bunker and marine fuel activities.
•Analyze vessel schedules and future itineraries to improve operational efficiencies and delivery planning.

Key Requirements

•Experience in marine fuels, shipping, maritime operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related industry.
•Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and operational systems.
