Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Product Management, Engineering Directors, and Principal Architects to translate strategic objectives into technical roadmaps
  • •Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and QA to ensure delivery of critical engineering initiatives
  • •Lead design and implementation of new features and services from conception to deployment
  • •Act as a force multiplier across teams, mentoring Staff and Senior engineers and guiding technical design reviews
  • •Raise the engineering bar through rigorous code standards, automated testing, and modern CI/CD pipelines

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of progressive software development experience building Windows features using C++, C#, and the .NET framework
  • •Deep expertise with Windows software environments, including design and performance optimization, security considerations
  • •Strong debugging and performance optimization skills in Windows environments (Win32 API, IPC, Windows services, secure credential handling)
  • •Experience in fast-paced agile environments with CI/CD and automated testing
  • •Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction and collaborate with cross-functional teams
