Quality Manager

Lead plant quality activities focused on safety, hygiene, and continuous improvement. Manage and maintain quality and hygiene management systems, support internal and external certifications, and drive corrective actions for customer and supplier complaints using root cause analysis and lean tools. Represent Quality in plant management, set quality objectives, coach quality teams and other departments, and report performance regularly using KPI scorecards while partnering with customers and internal stakeholders to improve products and reduce costs.
