  • •Stay informed on new products and trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
  • •Educate customers on Sephora’s CRM program and how it can enhance their shopping experience
  • •Collaborate with team members across departments to share knowledge and participate in in-store training sessions
  • •Contribute to a positive store environment through strong relationship-building and attentive customer service

Key Requirements
