Lead and execute segment-specific go-to-market strategies to accelerate adoption of Visa Direct and real-time payment solutions for remitters, enablers, merchants, and fintech partners. Drive ecosystem partnerships, translate RTP capabilities into clear value propositions, and shape integrated marketing and enablement. Support complex deals, pricing frameworks, and executive RFP responses, while managing a high-performing GTM team and representing Visa Direct externally at industry events.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute agile, scalable GTM strategies tailored to EMF segments, including remitters, enablers, merchants, and fintechs.
•Drive adoption of real-time and push payment solutions across card-based, account-based, and wallet-based payout models.
•Partner with Sales and develop ecosystem strategies with fintech platforms, enablers, ISVs, and processors to scale funding and payout.
•Partner with Marketing on integrated campaigns and demand generation focused on Visa Direct and real-time payment use cases.
•Support deal strategy, pricing frameworks, and executive-level RFP responses; lead and develop the GTM team.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.

•Proven experience with real-time payments, push payments, or modern money movement solutions (card, account, wallet, or digital asset rails).
•Demonstrated leadership of go-to-market strategy and ecosystem partnerships in platform-based or B2B environments.
•People management experience leading and developing high-performing teams, plus strong communication for executive audiences.
