Quality Control Technician

Ensure quality products are produced daily by performing pre-pour and post-pour inspections and testing concrete and raw materials throughout the production process. Work closely with the Plant Engineer, Sales, and Production, represent the customer inside the factory, and lead QC meetings with follow-up on corrective actions. Organize documentation, coordinate with production on schedule changes, assist with QA audits, and train plant employees on concrete technology and QC requirements.
