Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as account liaison coordinating and executing account SLAs, acting as a primary point of contact for auction vendors/clients.
  • •Engage with clients to understand requirements, upsell CAI products and services, and ensure work is completed to client expectations.
  • •Review vehicles in the sale lineup, locate missing vehicles, and coordinate with account representatives to ensure vehicles are ready and parked on-time for sale.
  • •Perform basic client services duties such as monitoring vehicle reconditioning processes, supporting client teams, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • •Educate on company products and services and support reconditioning reviews, condition report/imaging audits, and auction operations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED with 3 years’ experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination such as a level degree/certification beyond HS/GED, or 5 years’ experience in a related field.
  • •Valid driver’s license and safe driving ability.
  • •Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
  • •Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • •Excellent verbal and written skills.
