Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day activities on hyperscale data center projects, including pre-construction, design coordination, construction phasing, closeout, commissioning, startup/testing, occupancy, and warranty enforcement.
  • •Develop and execute project delivery strategies with the Program Director aligned to schedule, budget, and operational requirements.
  • •Serve as the primary construction interface with the client; coordinate construction activities with client vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • •Ensure on-site construction is executed efficiently to meet cost and schedule requirements, with working knowledge of scheduling and critical milestones.
  • •Coordinate tests/inspections, manage documentation (e.g., RFI/submittals, PMIS archiving), review punch lists and pay applications, and support turnover with operations/network infrastructure/commissioning teams.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 10 years of experience (or demonstrated equivalency), including 2 years of leadership.
  • •Motor Vehicle Report will be required for this position.
  • •15 years in Construction (preferred).
  • •Experience delivering hyperscale data center campuses and overseeing commissioning, startup, and operational readiness programs.
  • •PMP, CCM, PE (or equivalent) and demonstrated experience as an Owner’s Representative, Construction Manager, General Contractor, or Program Manager.
