Key Responsibilities

  • •Own global inventory integrity targets, including book vs. physical accuracy across all fulfillment nodes.
  • •Build and manage shrink control frameworks to identify, quantify, and remediate inventory loss across the supply chain.
  • •Execute cycle count governance, overseeing counts and audit protocols across facilities and 3PL partners.
  • •Run reconciliation and adjustment governance, including root-cause analysis for systemic variances and SOX-compliant controls.
  • •Ensure WMS inventory records match physical reality, partner with teams to close data integrity gaps, and maintain the global inventory control SOP library.

Salary: USD 170,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in inventory control, fulfillment operations, or supply chain at a high-volume retailer, e-commerce operator, or logistics company.
  • •Experience maintaining SOX compliance for inventory processes, including control documentation and coordination with internal/external audit.
  • •Deep WMS expertise, including configuring, auditing, and troubleshooting WMS inventory records.
  • •Proven ability to build global or multi-site SOPs from scratch and drive adoption across distributed teams.
  • •Strong analytics literacy, including writing SQL and building reconciliation models to explain inventory trends.
