Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and enforce association data policies, standards, practices, and processes to ensure governance, quality, integrity, and timeliness of operational data.
  • •Use advanced data management domain knowledge to drive compliance with information/data management governance activities and projects.
  • •Author and/or contribute to information governance guidelines, principles, policies, and standards for information/data stewards and technology execution teams.
  • •Lead development of information governance oversight processes, measurement approach, and adherence through audits, peer reviews, and monitoring KRIs/KPIs.
  • •Influence multi-year roadmap and implementation plans; prepare and present formal findings and recommendations; create governance training content.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Architecture, Information Management, Information Studies, Information Technology, Risk, Audit, or related field, or 4 years of relevant education/experience.
  • •8 years of experience in information or data related practices, including information governance, information management, risk, audit, information architecture, IT, and analysis/reporting.
  • •2 years of demonstrated ability to create and evolve Data Development and Data Engineering processes.
  • •2 years of operational knowledge of risk management and mitigation frameworks.
  • •Certified Information Management Professional (CIMP), Information Governance Professional (IGP), Certified Information Professional, or equivalent industry certification.
