Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build agentic AI agents and experiences that take real actions for real organizations, owning components from architecture through production deployment.
  • •Integrate data pipelines across Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms, and maintain performance dashboards and KPI reporting.
  • •Lead or contribute to PoCs and MVPs that move from concept to deployable quickly with customers and partners.
  • •Surface platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights to senior engineers and product teams and translate business challenges into shipped solutions.
  • •Work alongside customers in fast-moving build-oriented environments as part of a delivery pod.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, including at least one production system you can walk through, ideally in an AI technology stack or with frontier LLMs.
  • •Customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering.
  • •Fluency in at least two of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • •Ability to engage confidently with customer architects and sales teams; willingness to travel ~25% of the time.
