Job Summary

Design and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments, working in a delivery pod with a Deployment Strategist. Own technical components end-to-end—from architecture and agent intelligence (prompts, reasoning, tool calls) through production deployment, validation, and observability. Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, and Databricks, and help deliver PoCs and MVPs quickly while translating customer challenges into solutions that ship.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build agentic AI agents and experiences that take real actions for real organizations, owning components from architecture through production deployment.
•Integrate data pipelines across Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms, and maintain performance dashboards and KPI reporting.
•Lead or contribute to PoCs and MVPs that move from concept to deployable quickly with customers and partners.
•Surface platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights to senior engineers and product teams and translate business challenges into shipped solutions.
•Work alongside customers in fast-moving build-oriented environments as part of a delivery pod.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, including at least one production system you can walk through, ideally in an AI technology stack or with frontier LLMs.
•Customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering.
•Fluency in at least two of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
•Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
•Ability to engage confidently with customer architects and sales teams; willingness to travel ~25% of the time.
