Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Claude Corps end-to-end, including cohort launches, host organization pipeline, CodePath coordination, program measurement, and an open-source playbook.
  • •Develop and close tier-1 partnerships with talent developers, workforce organizations, and philanthropic/public sector partners through scoping, structuring, deployment, measurement, and scaling.
  • •Deploy AI Fluency workforce development offerings for states and cities and drive adoption of AI Fluency and Claude fluency training with partners.
  • •Orchestrate cross-functional work with Anthropic Academy, Economic Research, Applied AI, Policy, Communications, and GTM teams, plus external funders and agencies.
  • •Use research to identify what works and share it through open, replicable models for the broader workforce field.

Salary: USD 300,000 - 365,000 annually

  • •Have personally structured and led large, multi-year, multi-stakeholder partnerships (corporate, nonprofit, or public sector) and can speak to outcomes you drove.
  • •Have operated inside a large or fast-growing company in people/talent/HR functions or as a sponsor of talent and early-career programs.
  • •Have built, deployed, or led AI fluency, technical training, or learning/talent development work (not just advised on it).
  • •Create structure amid ambiguity, adapt quickly when program needs shift, and prioritize execution for impact.
  • •Communicate at an executive level through exec-ready writing and confident public speaking across corporate, nonprofit, and government audiences.
