Job Summary

Lead the semiconductor front-end value stream at the Andover site, driving operational excellence and end-to-end execution to meet contractual quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Own production schedules, capacity/workforce planning, and resource allocation while optimizing productivity and costs. Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams, implement Lean/Core methodologies, monitor KPIs, manage risks, and serve as the primary interface with internal NHA customers—especially through periods of rapid growth and new production releases.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead all aspects of the semiconductor front-end value stream, aligning with strategic objectives, customer commitments, and operational targets.
•Develop and execute production schedules, capacity planning, workforce planning, and resource allocation to meet demand.
•Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across operators, engineers, and technical support; foster collaboration and accountability.
•Implement Lean principles, CORE methodologies, and best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
•Monitor and report KPIs (safety, on-time delivery, yield, cycle time, cost performance, COPQ, customer satisfaction) and mitigate risks to schedules, yield, and technical challenges.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and 10 years of prior relevant experience (or an advanced degree) with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
•Prior management or leadership experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Production, and/or Quality.
•Expertise in front-end semiconductor manufacturing processes.
•Experience working with Lean principles/core methodologies to reduce waste and improve product quality.
•Proficient with data analysis tools, ERP/MRP systems, and production planning software.
