Consult medium to high impact partners on adopting Zalando Platform Services and related technologies, driving profitable, compliant growth across multiple Highstreet brands. Build partner business cases and pitches, use data analysis to maximize ROI and services adoption, and translate assortment/market strategies into actionable partner roadmaps. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Tech to turn partner feedback into process improvements and new solutions while tracking KPIs including GMV, profitability, and partner satisfaction.

•Consult and educate partners on adopting Zalando Platform Services and technologies to support live partner growth and customer delight.
•Create partner business cases and pitches tailored to partner needs, partly acquiring relevant partners for the platform.
•Use analytical skills to generate insights, maximize ROI, and improve services adoption across the partner portfolio.
•Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Tech to translate partner feedback into innovative solutions, troubleshoot processes, and create new processes as needed.
•Maintain CRM/AI excellence for accurate data and insights, influencing KPIs such as GMV, profitability, operational excellence, and customer lifetime value.
