Work on TikTok Shop’s Global E-commerce recommendation engine by building a foundation large model and an agent framework for end-to-end decision-making. Tackle heterogeneous data fusion, cross-modal (multimodal) understanding, item tokenization, and collaboration between recommendation LLMs and world models. Optimize full-stack ML systems and infrastructure for improved recommendation quality, while focusing on evaluation, safety, and compliance for real-world e-commerce workflows.
