Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze software system requirements and determine application needs and functionality, including upgrades over time.
  • •Code, test, and research existing processes to meet projected project timelines.
  • •Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirements specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers.
  • •Maintain documentation and create current/future state materials, including Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for existing and future interfaces.
  • •Collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and other specialists; assist with estimates and support incident handling via ServiceNow.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 53,770 - 72,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Must be able to attain and maintain a USPS Public Trust clearance.
  • •8+ years of experience with COBOL and DB2.
  • •Experience with Changeman to create packages and promote code.
  • •Demonstrated ability to analyze program requirements and translate technical specifications into clear requirements.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline is preferred; otherwise provide an additional 4 years of relevant work experience.
