Job Summary

Ensure the safe, efficient operation of ammonia refrigeration and utility systems by performing preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Diagnose and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment, complete maintenance documentation and logs, and follow IIAR standards, PSM/RMP programs, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and company safety procedures. Monday–Friday 3:00 pm–12:30 am in Franksville.

Key Responsibilities

•Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment to keep machinery safe and efficient.
•Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on facility machinery and equipment.
•Complete daily maintenance and repair documentation and logs.
•Perform assigned duties in accordance with IIAR standards, PSM/RMP programs, GMPs, and company safety policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
•Advanced skills in diagnosing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing high-speed manufacturing equipment.
•Experience working with AC/DC motors and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
•Ability to read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, schematics, operation manuals, and manufacturing specifications.
•Knowledge of piping systems and mechanical components, with basic arithmetic skills.
