Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead maintenance teams of mechanics and electricians in predictive and preventative maintenance, and machine repairs.
  • •Train employees on proper work methods and safety procedures; supervise maintenance systems, processes, and documentation.
  • •Schedule maintenance timely in collaboration with Production; develop maintenance systems including prevention/predictive maintenance and TPM/SOPs.
  • •Develop and maintain maintenance KPIs and provide regular status reports to maintenance management.
  • •Ensure maintenance tasks comply with USDA regulations and maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field) plus 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Experience acting as a lead through training, coaching, mentoring, or managing a process/project.

  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
