Plant Maintenance Supervisor - 1st shift (Relocation)

Lead maintenance teams to install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on critical plant equipment, facilities, utilities, and the powerhouse. Coordinate maintenance planning with Production, troubleshoot high-level equipment/process issues, and implement maintenance systems including TPM, SOPs, and predictive maintenance. Track maintenance KPIs, maintain accurate work/inventory records, ensure USDA compliance, and provide continuity in the absence of key personnel. Drive employee development, coaching, and a safe, high-performing maintenance environment.
