Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct east coast hog production garage operations and garage management for vehicular equipment, including repairs, service, maintenance, workflow, scheduling, and records.
  • •Provide direction for quality control of in-house and vendor repairs, equipment, materials, and supply usage.
  • •Establish and oversee fleet operations maintenance and garage safety programs.
  • •Oversee new contractors, vendors, and other service providers, including maintaining relationships with other departments.
  • •Oversee employee training and development and evaluate performance; ensure metrics and KPIs are met and exceeded.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field plus 5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership.
  • •Purchasing/negotiation experience for procuring large equipment, including trucks and trailers.
  • •Experience with diesel maintenance.
  • •Experience managing large fleet size.
