Job Summary

Support the delivery of TrakCare Laboratory Enterprise (TCLE) into clinical laboratories as part of the TCLE implementation team. You’ll help with system configuration and support, testing, troubleshooting, data integrity and compliance, user training, and process improvement, plus integration support. Work with stakeholders and use internal delivery tools such as JIRA, MS Project Online, and Workday while logging hours against projects or cost codes. Customer-facing but office-based in Edinburgh or Windsor.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Application Specialist team in delivering TCLE day-to-day activities.
•Help with TCLE implementation tasks including system configuration and support, testing, troubleshooting, and integration support.
•Collaborate with stakeholders and support data integrity and compliance activities.
•Provide user training and support, and contribute to process improvement.
•Use internal systems (JIRA/MS Project Online/Workday) to support delivery and log hours against projects or internal cost codes.

Key Requirements

•Strong written and spoken English skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
•Strong understanding of LIMS functionality, interfaces, and configuration.
•Domain knowledge of laboratory workflows (e.g., blood sciences, microbiology, Cell Pathology) is a significant asset.
•Recent or soon-to-be graduates from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
•Ability to learn fast in complex operational requirements and demonstrate initiative and collaboration.
