Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee design, construction, installation, commissioning, inspection, repair, and maintenance of building systems (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic plumbing, climate).
  • •Own regulatory and non-regulatory maintenance plans to ensure infrastructure continuity for equipment and systems.
  • •Serve as project manager for critical infrastructure projects, including budget management, resource alignment, and material allocations; ensure EHS compliance and oversee internal and contractor work.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •7+ years of progressive experience in facilities and/or maintenance management supporting manufacturing or similarly complex, large-scale facilities.
  • •1+ years of experience managing direct reports.
  • •Ability to travel up to 50% for the first 18–24 months (mainly to Eaton Fibrebond in Minden, LA).
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage facilities projects, compliance requirements, and maintenance plans for manufacturing operations.
