Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead PLM projects for customers across automotive, manufacturing, aerospace & defense sectors and take responsibility for project delivery and outcomes.
  • •Consult with clients to develop concepts and solution architectures for PLM applications and their integration into business processes.
  • •Manage project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth handover of results to customers.
  • •Select appropriate methods and technologies to ensure secure process integration within the organization’s context.
  • •Engage in business development activities, contribute to proposals, and network at conferences and client events.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid IT knowledge including object-oriented languages, databases and SOA technologies, modern IT architectures, and process/data modeling.
  • •Strong experience with PLM, with knowledge of at least one leading PLM platform and end-to-end PLM lifecycle processes.
  • •Proven experience in PLM project delivery and consulting, with a track record of leading projects and delivering client value.
  • •Excellent German and English communication skills, plus international mobility within Europe.
  • •Ability to define processes, work with customers to implement changes, and present/speak at client meetings and events.
