Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and verify incoming Army equipment in accordance with AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • •Match items to turn-in documentation for accuracy and completeness and update Army logistics systems to reflect receipt transactions.
  • •Stage and transfer items to designated warehouse or yard locations, coordinating with warehouse/supply/transportation teams.
  • •Prepare and process outbound shipments and generate/review shipping documentation (e.g., DD Form 1348-1A, bills of lading, TCMDs, DD Form 1149).
  • •Maintain accurate inbound/outbound shipment logs and file shipping/receiving/discrepancy reports per ISO 9001:2015 while following OSHA, Army, and HAZMAT requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of shipping, receiving, or supply experience in a military or contractor environment preferred.
  • •Familiarity with Army supply/transportation documentation and systems highly desirable (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1; DTR 4500.9-R).
  • •Ability to update and input transactions into Army-approved logistics/transportation systems (e.g., GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP, TC-AIMS II).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain required access and background eligibility, including a Common Access Card (CAC) and Tier1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility, plus pass background check and drug testing.
