Job Summary

Lead and grow a cybersecurity engineering team within Thales Cloud Center of Excellence, steering development and evolution of the Key Management System (KMS). Drive product roadmaps, engineering excellence, and security compliance across cloud-based identity and security solutions, partnering with Product Owners, Architects, Security, and Operations to deliver secure, scalable software.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and develop a cybersecurity engineering team, promoting technical excellence and collaboration.
•Define the product roadmap with the Product Owner and challenge technical and architectural choices.
•Ensure best practices in software engineering, cybersecurity, and quality.
•Pilot industrialization through automation, CI/CD pipelines, and process optimization.
•Ensure compliance with security requirements and applicable standards (FIPS, PCI, GSMA, Secure Development Lifecycle) and promote continuous improvement and risk management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field; 5+ years of experience in software development and/or cybersecurity with leadership responsibilities
•Experience managing software development and/or cybersecurity teams and complex technical projects
•Strong development skills in secure software architectures and cloud security; familiarity with key management solutions
•Proficiency in software industrialization, CI/CD automation and DevOps best practices
•Knowledge of security standards and risk management (FIPS, PCI, GSMA, ISO 27001) and software quality assurance
