Job Summary

Lead a manufacturing production team in Sweetwater, TN, driving safety, quality, and productivity. •Follow and ensure others follow company policies, standards, and safety requirements; drive safety excellence and hazard elimination.
•Hire, schedule, and supervise full-time and temporary staff; provide coaching, corrective feedback, and administer disciplinary processes when needed.
•Oversee process documentation and training procedures; ensure quality product production and quality process compliance.
•Track productivity and operate at or below budget using lean manufacturing procedures and cross training; oversee inventory control and troubleshoot production issues.

Key Requirements

•Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (manufacturing preferred).
•High school diploma (or equivalent); college degree preferred.

•Ability to perform basic mathematical skills such as calculating percentages and volumes.
•Ability to meet physical demands of plant work (walking, standing, bending, stretching, lifting up to 40 lbs with assistance if needed).
