Molding Process Technician I

Operate, start up, and troubleshoot thermoplastic and LSR injection molding equipment and processes to complete work orders and meet quality standards. Diagnose and resolve molding defects by identifying root causes, while applying Lean tools to improve operations. Support product and process improvements, assist Manufacturing Engineers/Managers, and ensure Environmental, Health, and Safety compliance. Train and mentor other molding process technicians on the shift.
