Job Summary

Deliver exceptional service for the Commercial HVAC business by executing service agreement renewals, managing Salesforce opportunities, preparing quotes, and supporting the booking of service work. Partner with the Client Service Leader and sales team to expand scope, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure contractual obligations are met. Provide support to account managers and assist with accounts receivable for existing customers while developing sales skills for future CSR II growth.

•Support Service Estimators by estimating and booking service work in a timely manner in line with audit and compliance requirements.
•Own and drive the Service Agreement renewal process, including Salesforce opportunity management, reviewing contract performance, revising estimates, generating proposals, identifying scope growth opportunities, and delivering proposals to customers.
•Support Account Managers with estimating and booking service work for strategic accounts.
•Identify and communicate issues, business goals, and objectives related to estimating and booking service work.
•Assist local service office with accounts receivable management for existing customers.

Key Requirements

•Certificate/degree from college or technical school with two (2) years related experience and/or training; or three (3) years of related experience and/or training with HS Diploma/GED.
•Strong customer orientation with focus on service and relationship building, plus problem solving and critical thinking under situational pressure.
•Must be able to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through written communication.
•Proficiency using telephone/voicemail, the computer, and other office equipment.
•Physically able to attend customer sites as required and must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months.
