Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide legal advice for Invesco investment products, including publicly listed REITs, ETFs, mutual funds, closed-end funds, and other pooled vehicles.
  • •Support product development, structuring, and distribution using Securities Laws expertise across the Investment Company Act of 1940, Securities Act of 1933, and Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
  • •Advise on securities innovation and evolution topics, including capital markets tokenization, stablecoin ecosystems, and digital asset offerings.
  • •Draft, review, and maintain offering documents, registration statements, and related disclosures and memoranda for governing bodies in support of product proposals.
  • •Act as a trusted legal advisor across Legal, Compliance, Finance, and business teams to ensure legal risks are addressed practically and commercially.
